We concentrate on giving your special guests the knowledge to comfortably navigate a restaurant wine list, or to select a bottle of Champagne at their local bottle shop, and talk about Champagne with confidence. Our classes usually feature signature cuvees from at least 6 different Champagne houses, but we can also tailor your experience to be as specific as a single house or defining vintage year such as 1996 or 1990.
